Things are moving fast now spring is springing.

Its been a fantastic month for Great Bear Bushcraft.

  • There have been parties in the Quarry at West Town Farm that were really enjoyed by all who took part, me included.
  • Special thanks must go to Bilbo, Jake and Will who have helped with the running of the parties at the Quarry.
  • I seem to be booking up quickly with birthday parties either at the Quarry or at Escot, but its always worth a try particularly as the evenings get longer
  • We had an Organic Arts trustees meeting to see what was happening in the Quarry and left with a simple but effective forestry plan for the site.
  • Mike Gardener who is a trustee for Organic Arts spent this morning pollarding and clearing in the Quarry. Thanks Mike
  • For all your Bushcraft and Forest Schools equipment needs contact Alan Bruford at Escot Education.
  • We have a group from the Ivy Project coming to clear, cut, chop, plant and drink tea in a couple of days.
  • I was up at West Town Farm this morning. It is looking beautiful at the moment with all the trees coming into bud.
  • Moonrise on Saturday 19th was truly spectacular.
  • Aren't Piglets Cute. Loads of new ones at the farm.
  • Have a look at the Organic Arts website
